Series Overview
Partners in Leadership offers high-performing leaders, who will potentially take on increased leadership responsibilities and roles, an opportunity to continue with their leadership development. Participants within the program will learn how to increase their self-awareness along with knowledge of business acumen for additional understanding and alignment of Geisinger strategic and operational objectives. Completion of this program will benefit the participant be a more effective and collaborative leader.
Target Audience
This course is designed for leaders of people across the organization; manager level or above with three years people leader experience.
