Series Overview
This course will show the learner how to start a very important conversation about what matters most to your patient. It’s not about what is the matter with your patient but rather what matters most to them. Every learner should be equipped with communication skills that help us have quality discussions with patients/families about future care. These skills can also be transferred to everyday communications with family and friends.
Target Audience
This course is designed for physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, social workers and chaplains.
