• Review thyroid anatomy, hormone synthesis, and the HPT axis
• Review history and exam findings for thyroid disorders
• Differentiate hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism etiologies
• Analyze TFTs to diagnose hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism and formulate treatment plan
• Diagnose and manage thyroid emergencies
• Assess nodules with ATA ultrasound/Bethesda criteria and integrate the 2025 ATA updates

• Integrate guideline-based principles into practice and reflect on the take-home pearls
