At the conclusion of this session, the participant should be able to: 

• Summarize the current acute ischemic stroke management guidelines.  
• Compare the management of large vessel occlusion and non-large vessel occlusion ischemic stroke.
• Evaluate the safety and efficacy of Tenecteplase compared to standard medical treatment 4.5 to 24 hours after stroke onset in patients with non-large vessel occlusions and salvageable brain tissue.
