  • Explain the potential role of Tirofiban as adjunctive agent for acute stroke management
  • Discuss out current Tirofiban protocol at our institution and discuss escalation

After viewing this session, the participants should be able to answer the following questions:

  • Is there a role/indication for expanding Tirofiban at our institution?
  • How would this compare to other adjunctive strategies like Cangrelor or Asudexian?
  • What does this tell us about the benefit of IV thrombolytics for treatment of small vessel ischemia?
