- define dimensional phenotypes and explain their relevance to health and biological discovery.
- contrast dimensional approaches with traditional binary diagnostic practices reflected in electronic health records.
- describe pragmatic methods for extracting dimensional information from EHRs, including keyword filtering.
- illustrate how radiological reports and toxicology screens can be repurposed to develop dimensional outcome measures.
- apply informatics strategies to map EHR-derived data onto transdiagnostic dimensions.
