Session Description: This session addresses some of the most complex and sensitive aspects of medical education, focusing on how educators can effectively support learners through challenges. Participants will explore strategies for identifying and working with struggling learners, including approaches to remediation and the development of individualized learning plans. A session on engaging personal bias encourages self-reflection and promotes equitable teaching practices. In addition to these presentations, participants will meet with their project mentors to continue refining their curricular work, with a particular focus on the evaluation and feedback phase of curriculum development. This session fosters a deeper understanding of the educator’s role in guiding learners through difficulty while maintaining high standards and compassionate support.
