Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this session, the participant should be able to:
- To describe barriers to and facilitators of GDMT intensification across primary care and cardiology settings
- To explain the rationale for organizing findings using an integrated conceptual model consisting of the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research 2.0
- To assess the contribution of these findings to the literature and to identify opportunities to change clinical practice to promote the use of GDMT for patients with HFrEF
