Learning Objectives: 

At the conclusion of this session, the participant should be able to: 

  1. Discuss the accuracy of anatomical repair with percutaneous versus open reduction of the Lisfranc joint.
  2. Compare patient outcomes of pinning, bridge plating, and screw fixation in joint-sparing reduction.
  3. Review the short- and long-term outcomes of Lisfranc fractures and provide evidence for primary arthrodesis
